Be Silly
Be silly. Be honest. Be kind.
Despite the heaviness that may seem to surround us, we are completely free to choose the meaning we give every situation.
We can either load ourselves down with the burden of guilt, fear, loneliness, and loss – or, we can choose to see the world, and everyone else, in a new light. The light of non-judgment. The light of shared purpose. The light of lightness.
From such a state we reflect Emerson’s counsel to “be silly, honest, and kind.” We channel joy in all our interactions. And in the words of A Course in Miracles, we “smile more frequently; our forehead is serene.”
Wishing you many smiles and much serenity.
