Know This Need Not Be
Nothing except your thoughts can make you think you are vulnerable.
ur thoughts tell us exactly which mind we’ve chosen: either the ego or the mind of presence. As the Course further states, “When your mood tells you that you have chosen wrongly, and this is so whenever you are not joyous, then know this need not be.”
Whenever we’re not happy, feeling anxious, fearful, or vulnerable – know this need not be.
We gently remind ourselves that we can return to our mind and make the choice for peace.
