No Grievances
To hold a grievance is to forget who you are.
When we hold a grievance, we staunchly embrace the ego mantra, “You did this to me!”
But our true self is not an ego. We can let go of all judgment, all attack, all defense and recognize our brother as our self.
And then we understand one of the most beautiful lines in the Course:
The holiest of all the spots on earth is where an ancient hatred has become a present love.
